Local deliveries within 12 miles, (in and around Frome, Radstock, Trowbridge, Warminster & Westbury,) leave our shop on Catherine Hill and are hand delivered in the bramblevan between 9&5. Local deliveries will be aqua-packed with compostable cellophane & placed in one of our signature boxes with brown paper & tissue paper gift wrap.
National deliveries (over 12 miles) are sent via Royal Mail special delivery by 1pm. (Currently 4pm due to Covid-19.) These arrive in a large cardboard box, bouquet carefully gift wrapped inside. Please note, recipient WILL NEED TO BE HOME / a signature is needed on delivery or it will be returned to depo. We cannot take any responsibility for failed deliveries like this.
